INT. KITCHEN – DAY
Two parents, MOM and DAD, are standing at the kitchen table.
MOM:
Hey Dad, I've been thinking. Our kids have been pushing the boundaries lately and I think it's time to make some changes in how we parent.
DAD:
Yes, I think you're right. What do you have in mind?
MOM:
Well, I think we need to take a step back and really think about how we communicate with them. We need to be firm but also understanding. We can set clear boundaries, but we should also be open to listening to what our kids have to say.
DAD:
That's a good idea. We should also be more patient with them and give them space to make mistakes and learn from them.
MOM:
Agreed. We should be there to support them, not punish them every time they make a mistake.
DAD:
That's definitely the way to go. Let's be more intentional about the time we spend with our kids and use it to nurture their development and build stronger relationships with them.
MOM:
Yes, that's a great plan. Let's get started!
