How to apply Birth Certificate in Telanaga State

Process for obtaining Birth Certificate In Telangana State.

  • The birth has to be registered with the concerned local Bodies within 21 days of birth occurrence, by filling up the form given by the Registrar.
  • Generally the hospitals or Health institutions where the birth takes place they maintain a register and the same is sent to the local authorities regularly.
  • If the birth takes place at a house, the citizen has to approach the local body and inform in writing. Then it will be verified & the certificate will be issued.
  • Once it reaches the local Municipality, then the concerned person can visit Meeseva center and apply for birth certificate.
  • Birth certificate can be had at the ward of the concerned area if applied within two years from the date of birth. Birth certificate can be had from the concerned circle office of GHMC if the birth is more than two years old. Birth certificate can be had from GHMC if the birth registration enters into GHMC records.
  • Citizens can collect their certificates instantly from Citizen Service Centers or mee-Seva centers. Records pertaining to them are now openly available.
GHMC divided application process in 4 segments they are :
  1. Birth Certificate Application Request
  2. Inclusion of the Child Name in the Birth Register
  3. Corrections in Birth Certificates
  4. Non-availability Certificates of Birth
1) For Birth Certificate Application Request in Telangana State
Follow The Steps:
Step 1: First check birth records and then apply birth certificate

Step 2: If you are Birth details are available in records and all details are correct you can apply for Birth Certificate Application Request
Then…
I)Walk into any mee seva center and fill in the application form available at mee seva for certificate request. Based on your details mee seva operator will verify the data whether the birth/death is already registered?
II)If registered, pay the required fee amount of Rs.20/ per certificate and mee seva service charges Rs.15/- and required courier charges as per the option below
III)Applicant can choose the option for delivery of certificate:
1) At mee seva Rs.15/-
2) Within GHMC Limits Rs.25/-
3) With in AP (out side of GHMC) Rs.40/-
4) With in India Rs.60/-
IV)If the applicant chooses the option 1, applicant has to come to mee seva for collecting the certificate/s after 3 working days(excluding the date of application).
V)If option 2 or 3 the certificate/s will be courier to applicant address after receiving the certificate/s from the GHMC Circle offices.
2) For Inclusion of the Child Name in the Birth Register in Telangana State :
Inclusion of the Child Name in the Birth Register divided into two segments they are:
  1. Applying Within One Year of Birth Date
  2. Applying After One Year of Birth Date
Follow The Steps:
I)For already registered births for which child name is not included, they can request for inclusion of child name in the birth register in any mee seva.
II)Walk into any mee seva center and fill in the application form available at mee seva for inclusion of child name in the birth register.
III)Based on your details mee seva operator will verify the data whether the birth is already registered and child name is not updated.
IV )The applicant should be child, father or mother only.
Within One Year of Birth Date:
The following documents are required along with the filled application form.
Both the father and mother should give a declaration that, they have named the child as ……………… and both of them should sign on the paper.

Ration Card/any other residence address proof and School bonafide certificate. If both are not available, produce notarized affidavit on Rs.10/- non-judicial stamp paper
V)If registered, pay the required fee amount of Rs.20/- per certificate and Rs.10/- late fee for inclusion of name after one year of birth date. mee seva service charges Rs.15/- and required courier charges as per the option below

VII)For Delivery Type other than 1,The certificate/s will be courier to applicant address after receiving the certificate/s from the GHMC Circle offices.
3) For Corrections in Birth Certificate In Telangana State:
This process is for those whose Birth Records are Available in GHMC Birth records, but any of the details are wrong like Child Name or Father Name or Mother Name or Date of birth, then they can apply for Corrections in Birth Certificate
Note:Complete change in name cannot be accepted as per the Births and Deaths Act,1969. Only Minor spelling mistakes, expansion of the Surname (initials), prefix and suffix to the existing name can only be carried out subject to the satisfaction of the REGISTRAR.
Follow The Steps:
I)Walk into any mee seva center and fill in the application form available at mee seva for corrections in birth certificate.
II)Based on your details mee seva operator will verify the data whether the birth data is already registered?
III)The following documents are required along with the filled application form.
Corrections in Birth Register:
1. All the original certificates of birth already taken should to be returned.
2.Declaration By the parent(s) attested by two Gazetted officers.(Name and Designation of the Gazetted Officers are to

3. Notary Affidavit on (Rs. 10/- Non-Judicial Stamped Paper).To download Proforma —> Click Here
IV) Documentary evidences like
a) Education Certificates
b) Election ID Card
c) Ration Card
d) Passport or any other registered documents.Documents like Pan Card, LIC and Bank can not be taken up
V) Other child certificate if any
VI) Consent letter from the concerned Hospital regarding the correction to the effect.
VII)Any other documents if any
If application fulfill all the above, pay mee seva service charges Rs.15/- and required courier charges for delivery of certificate at mee seva Rs.15/-.
Certificate will be delivery to only at mee seva for Corrections of birth events.Applicant has come to mee seva for collecting the certificate/s after 10 working days (excluding the date of application).
If Correction Approved
The required fee amount of Rs.20/- per certificate and Rs.60/- for extra for corrections in birth registers towards GHMC fee. The Fee Amount will be collected at the time of issuance of correction order.
If Correction Not Approved By The Registrar the application will be returned to the applicant
4) To apply for a Birth Certificate (Fresh/Non-availability)  in Telangana State

I)Walk into any mee seva center and fill in the application form available at mee seva for Non-availability Certificates of birth. Based on your details mee seva operator will verify the data whether the birth data is already registered?
II)If the record not found, applicant has to apply for non-availability certificates.
III)The following documents are required along with the filled application form.
Non-availability Certificates of Birth :
1. Ration card/any other residence proof.
2. School bonafied certificate.
3. Secondary school marks sheet.
4. Notarized affidavit on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamped paper.
5. Any other documents if any.
IV) If application fulfill all the above, pay mee seva service charges Rs.15/- and required courier charges for delivery of certificate at mee seva Rs.15/-.
V)The Non Availability Certificate of Birth will be delivered to only at mee seva.
VI)Applicant has come to mee seva for collecting the Non Availablity Certificate/s of Birth after 20 working days (excluding the date of application).

Biking is a great way to lose weight. It’s low impact and you can go at your own pace. You can ride outside during good weather or inside on a bike trainer during bad weather. Set Goals

Your body will think it has to survive without food and start storing fat instead of burning it. Some healthy snack ideas are trail mix, yogurt and granola, and apples or bananas with peanut butter.

Get Proper Gear

When it comes to biking, safety comes first. Don’t ride without a helmet and safety gear like reflective tape and bike lights. Wear breathable layers to wick away sweat and keep you cool. Be sure to get your bike fitted properly to avoid injury or an uncomfortable ride. Consider getting a padded saddle seat cover to make your ride more enjoy and be sure to wear bicycle shorts. Even if you wear them under other shorts, your thighs will thank you since they reduce chafing. You will end up biking longer if you comfortable in the proper gear so you will be more likely to keep working towards your weight loss goals.

Join a cycling group or take a cycling class

Working out with friends will make your workouts more enjoyable. Plus you will be able to hold each other accountable and motivate one other when you need support.
Cycling can be a great way to lose weight and get into shape. It’s easier on your joints that running or jogging because it is low impact. You don’t have to the pressure of going to the gym if you don’t want to. You can start out by biking around your neighborhood or investing in a stationary bike. Set realistic goals to start out with that will keep you motivated so you can start seeing results.
