Make sure that your name is spelled the same way on all the three things above. For example: If you already have a bank a/c & PAN, use the same spellings while you create your paypal a/c.
After you create your paypal a/c, you must enter your paypal email in ClixSense and other PTC sites. Your paypal email is just like your bank account number. It is used by others to send money to you.
